Once you have created your account, you are ready to start earning and redeeming rewards! To access your account at any time, simply click on the "person" icon located at the top right of this screen. On a desktop, you can also click on the "rewards" tab located at the bottom left of our site.

  1. Make sure you have previously created an account with us and use that same email address to login.
  2. Double check all other email addresses that you could have used when creating your account; especially emails tied to a payment method such as Shop Pay, PayPal or Sezzle.
  3. Reset your password by clicking this option on the login screen. If you do not receive an email to reset your password, then please do the following before contacting us:
  • Check Your junk/spam folder.
  • Ensure that you are using the correct email. If you are unsure, try them all! Then check each for the reset request. *Crossing fingers*
  • If you still do not receive a password reset email after checking these steps, you can contact us for assistance below. *Please allow up to 24 hours for a response*

You may have used your email address at checkout online or in store, but that doesn't automatically sign you up for a store account. In this case, you can go ahead and create a store account using the same email that you have used for prior orders. *This will ensure that you can see your points from any prior purchases, which are automatically added to your account.

There are a few reasons for this...

  • Did you use a different email during online checkout or in store?
  • Is it possible that your name was misspelled during in store checkout or online?
  • Have you used different payment methods/CC’s that display your maidan name, significant others, or that are tied to an email that is not the same as your account login?

If you answered YES! to any of the above questions, don't worry! We can fix this by merging your orders - contact us and let us know!

Login to your account HERE!
Once logged in, you will be able to see your points earned with eligible rewards and discounts that you can redeem towards your orders by simply clicking on which reward you would like to use! This will automatically add the reward to your cart; BUT first make sure that you reach the minimum threshold to see your discount applied. These will vary and can be seen in your account under "redeem my awards".

This link is located directly in your account under the rewards tab labeled as "Referral Program". Note: you will receive your reward only when your referral link is used at checkout by your referee:)
