Bows Arts is a children's hair accessories brand that has been loved by customers and boutiques for over 40 years. Bows Arts was founded in 1978 and is based out of Glenview, IL. Besides making beautiful and high-quality bows, Bows Arts mission is to empower and employ local minority women and moms. Their founder was a sponsor of Vietnamese refugees after the war, and she recruited them to make the very first Bows Arts bows. Since then, Bows Arts have continued to employ these refugee women and partner with refugee organizations.
