Once you have created your account, you are ready to start earning and redeeming rewards! To access your account, simply click on the account button located in the website menu or click the Rewards tab in the bottom left on mobile devices.

You can earn points by completing actions listed in the rewards tab under your account including when you create an account, subscribe to our email list, follow us on social media, leave reviews, celebrate your birthday, and place orders!
For purchases, you earn 1 Butter Point for every $1 spent. See How to Spend Points below.
On your mobile device, click the “Rewards” tab at the bottom left corner or GO HERE to login your account!
Once logged in, you can view your points earned with eligible rewards and discounts that you can automatically redeem towards your order by simply clicking on which reward you would like to use!
This will automatically add the reward to your cart. Your cart must reach the minimum threshold for the discount to apply. Rewards and minimum thresholds vary and can be seen in your account under Get Rewards tab.

On your mobile device, click the “Rewards” tab at the bottom left corner OR sign into your account on a tablet or computer by clicking on the "person icon" at the top right corner of our site.
Once logged in, you can copy your referral link under the Referral Program section. You will receive rewards only when your referral link is used at checkout by your referee.
- Make sure you have previously created an account with us and use that same email address to login.
- Double check any other email address that you could have used when creating your account. Especially email addresses tied to payment methods such as Shop Pay, PayPal or Sezzle.
- Reset your password by clicking this option on the login screen. If you do not receive an email to reset your password, then please do the following before contacting us:
- Check your spam folder
- Ensure that you are using the correct email address. If you are unsure, try them all and check each for a password reset request.
- If you still do not receive a password reset email after following these steps, you can contact us for assistance at hello@butterbugboutique.com. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response.
You may have used your email address at checkout online or in-store, but that doesn't automatically sign you up for a store account. In this case, you can create an account using the same email address that you have used for prior orders. This will ensure that you can see your points from any prior purchases, which are automatically added to your account.

- Is it possible that your name was misspelled during in store checkout or online?
- Have you used different payment methods that display your maiden name, significant others, or that are tied to an email that is not the same as your account login?
