How to Join

To join our rewards program, click here and enter your email to receive a login code.

Once you login, your account has been created and you are ready to start earning and redeeming rewards!

To access your account, simply click on the account button located in the website menu or click the Rewards tab in the bottom left on mobile devices and enter the same email.

How to Earn Points

You can earn points by completing actions listed in the rewards tab under your account including when you create an account, subscribe to our email list, follow us on social media, leave reviews, celebrate your birthday, and place orders!

For purchases, you earn 1 Butter Point for every $1 spent. See How to Spend Points below.

How to Spend Points

On your mobile device, click the “Rewards” tab at the bottom left corner OR sign into your account on a tablet or computer by clicking on the "person icon" at the top right corner of our site.

Once logged in, you can view your points earned with eligible rewards and discounts that you can automatically redeem towards your order by simply clicking on which reward you would like to use!

This will automatically add the reward to your cart. Your cart must reach the minimum threshold for the discount to apply. Rewards and minimum thresholds vary and can be seen in your account under Get Rewards tab.

Get Your Referral Link

Ready to share now? Login to your account HERE.

On your mobile device, click the “Rewards” tab at the bottom left corner OR sign into your account on a tablet or computer by clicking on the "person icon" at the top right corner of our site.

Once logged in, you can copy your referral link under the Referral Program section. You will receive rewards only when your referral link is used at checkout by your referee.

Need Help Logging In?

Logging in is easy with our one-code system! Just type in your email and enter the code sent to you.

If you have previously created an account with us, use that same email address to login to view all available points.

Still having trouble?

  • Double check any other email address that you could have used when creating your account. Especially email addresses tied to payment methods such as Shop Pay, PayPal or Sezzle.
  • Check your spam folder for the code email to login.
  • If you are still unable to access your account after confirming all of this, you can contact us for assistance at hello@butterbugboutique.com. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response.

I've Ordered Before. Do I Still Need to Create An Account?

You may have used your email address at checkout online or in-store, but that doesn't automatically sign you up for a store account. In this case, you can create an account using the same email address that you have used for prior orders. This will ensure that you can see your points from any prior purchases, which are automatically added to your account.

If you do not see any points for previous purchases, please email us at: hello@butterbugboutique.com and we will assist with adding your Butter Points. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response.

Logged Into Your Account, But Can't See All Your Purchases or Points?

There are a few reasons for this...

  • Did you use a different email during online checkout or in store?
  • Is it possible that your name was misspelled during in store checkout or online?
  • Have you used different payment methods that display your maiden name, significant others, or that are tied to an email that is not the same as your account login?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions, don't worry! Email us at hello@butterbugboutique.com and we will assist with adding your Butter Points. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response.
